At Satorisan, we want you to walk comfortably in your new shoes; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a conscious and straightforward process to help you find the soul-soothing footwear you deserve.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Satorisan box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
